SEKPO Ship Services Limited is the creation of a former fishing company manager, Mr. Cornelius Sekpodome who in 1983 identified the need for an efficient shipchandling service in the Tema and Takoradi Ports of Ghana.
Today, the business, which operates from modern offices is now perhaps the biggest serving the ports.
Sekpo’s experienced and well equipped staff handles around a dozen regular clients as well as a host of casual customers to provide all gear and supplies.
Annual turnover is about US$2,000,000.00 and the company’s success stems from a thorough background knowledge especially of deck and engine stores, which is backed by dedication and attention to detail.
